Joseph was one of the founder members of Fidentia-Norwalk Ltd. His business career spanned 25 odd years - mostly at executive level - and his industry experience included Financial Services, Food Industries, Software and Retail. Prior to co-founding Fidentia-Norwalk in 2003 Joseph was with the Peppers & Rogers Group as a Senior Consultant.

Joseph's deep experience contributed to the body of knowledge that exists within Fullstream (previously Fidentia-Norwalk Ltd). Sadly Joseph was diagnosed with terminal cancer on his 46th birthday and after a tough battle with the 'beast' he passed away 7 months later on 4 June 2007. His memory lives on in the tremendous legacy he left behind.
