Profile
A strategic network partner of Fullstream, Monika is a specialist in organizational development, change and strategic management with a long term commitment to the effective intercultural interaction. Her focus is on creating opportunities for dialogue in complex organizations undergoing change with a core interest in organizational development and process consulting.
Experience
Monika works both in the corporate sector as well as with local and national governments where programs have included leadership, business ethics, teambuilding, intercultural negotiation and conflict management. Among her clients are corporates, where the complex dynamics are always challenged with management teams working in matrix organisation.
She has been a lecturer at the NATO pre Partnerships for Peace Programme for Eastern and Central European Officers from the start in 1991. She has developed a new organizational due diligence project which was launched in 2002. Management Development has her full attention and spirit. She is responsible at the TiasNimbas Business School for the Professional Development Part.

Interests
Monika partly grew up in Pakistan, was educated at the Vrije University in Amsterdam and at Henley Management College (UK) and now lives in the Netherlands. In 1997 she became Master of Business Administration at Henley Management College. Married to Everard Warffemius and mother of 11 year old son Sander. She takes part in volleyball and loves to play the piano.
